Andrea Cramer has spent over 25 years committed to the support and encouragement of women. Her education reflects her belief that women must learn the magnificence of themselves and nurture a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
In 1999, she attained her personal training certification with a focus on the female body. Since then, she has given birth to three daughters, was awarded the honor of summa cum laude in her bachelor’s program for psychology, earned her massage therapy license through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork board, and received her mastery-level certification in life and health coaching through Health Coach Institute.
Her passion is the overall health and happiness of women. Alicia Gitlitz is a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner with credentials from renowned institutions, including Dr. T. Colin Campbell at eCornell, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Nutritious Life trained under celebrity dietitian Keri Glassman. Through these certifications, Alicia has studied with top health and wellness experts, mastering over 100 dietary theories.

Aimee Goodwin is a published freelance writer who fell in love with the power of words on a page as a young teenager. With her personal experience of often being transported or moved by a story, she soon developed the dream of becoming a powerful storyteller herself. This combined with her work as a life coach focused on emotional resilience, has inspired her to use her personal and vulnerable writing style to share real-life stories of triumph, with the desire to spread hope and courage to others on a similar path.
Aimee has taken her personal life experiences of chronic sickness, life challenges, and loss and made them the stepping stones for building a wellness center and coaching practice that focuses on treating chronic lyme disease and supporting mental wellness. Her education through the Health Coaching Institute and the Stanford University Clarity Catalyst program has empowered her passion for being a life guide, teacher, and emotional resilience trainer.

A native of South Beach, Tracey Hagen’s family has been full-time Miami Beach residents for more than ninety years. She is an international award-winning photographer with The Portraits Masters Awards, and she self-published Women, a magazine about celebrating the strength, beauty, and wisdom of women over the age of forty by sharing their stories from life experiences.
Hagen’s favorite endeavor is empowering women by photographing them. For each subject, she works to create comfort and warmth to draw out rare and intimate moments at her studio with laughter and sometimes tears. She gives careful thought to the details of wardrobe, props, and style of portraits to depict the true essence of her subjects to empower them with the beauty she sees through her lens.

Tracey is an animal activist with three rescue dogs and two rescue cats. She is involved in philanthropy, participating in charitable art events and frequently donating her artwork to support select causes.
Dena Riggs Hein
Dena Riggs Hein is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified yoga teacher, meditation mentor, and health coach with a private practice in Carmel, Indiana.
Dena started her professional career as a social worker but quickly transitioned into academics where she spent over a decade at Valparaiso University as a lecturer in the Freshman Core Seminar. At the age of 50, motivated by changing life circumstances and a lifelong love of learning, Dena returned to school and earned a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Dena combines her teaching experience, both from the college classroom and from over a decade as a yoga instructor and meditation mentor, with her life experience to help her therapy clients find their own path to feeling more confident and resilient. Dena specializes in high conflict couples, infidelity repair, and divorce recovery.

Remini J. Hendrickson is a health and life coach based out of northern Virginia, where she resides with her husband and five children. Laura Brett Hoffman
Laura Brett Hoffman is a coach, educator, and author dedicated to helping women redefine their relationship with food. She is the bestselling author of Savor: Quit Dieting, Relax About Food, and Eat Healthy Happily, which brings together her extensive knowledge of food and human behavior into a practical fun guide for living well.
Laura holds master’s degrees in both Psychology and Food Studies and is certified in nutrition, health coaching, yoga, and culinary arts. She taught as an adjunct professor at NYU’s Nutrition and Food Studies program and was a nutrition and cooking teacher in the New York City public school system.

Melissa McCarthy
Melissa McCarthy is a wife, mother of four wonderful children, animal lover, educator, yoga and exercise instructor in sunny Ventura, California.
She has suffered depression, overcoming addictions, injuries and fatigue. Today she believes that taking care of our physical well-being is key to healing both body and mind. Otherwise, it takes a backseat to our negative conditions. To overcome these issues, she became a student of yoga and energy healing. Melissa encourages others to start where they are in their fitness journey, suggesting quick energy medicine activities blended with easy stretching before clients even get out of bed.
Melissa also developed a quick 5-minute morning system combining energy healing and yoga, no matter what one’s ability level. She does this daily and encourages her clients to do this practice as well, so the body and mind can begin to heal itself.
Gaylea McDougal, CPM-TN
Gaylea is a Certified Professional Midwife, licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. She has attended over 1,000 births, including home-births, water births, VBACs, breech, and twins. For almost two decades, she has provided birth services to a diverse patient population in various Middle Tennessee hospitals, birth centers, and private homes.
After a focus in psychology and human development at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Gaylea studied nursing on a master’s level at Vanderbilt University, while enrolled in the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program. In 2007, she began working as a labor doula and birth assistant, the same year she created Alpha Childbirth, which evolved into the very popular Roots Childbirth curriculum.
In 2016, Gaylea opened Roots Collaborative Care, a brick-and-mortar practice, offering trauma-informed, integrative healthcare, where she practices midwifery and women’s health across the lifespan, alongside her amazing interdisciplinary team. She also continues to teach childbirth classes, is a NARM preceptor, and sits on the Tennessee Midwifery Association board as the Central Tennessee representative. Gaylea also hosts the podcast Preg Your Pardon.
She has been married to her high school love, Scott, for 30 years, and they have three sons: Austin, Bailey, and Casey. Their eldest, Austin, passed away in January 2021, deepening their commitment to holistic community healing. Gaylea enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and meditation. She is also President of The Art Rest Move (ARM) Foundation, a nonprofit (501c3) supporting those who are in relationship with grief. Gaylea is available for writing collaborations and speaking engagements.
Nicole Montoya
Nicole is a dynamic and inspiring individual whose journey is as captivating as the stories she shares. Growing up in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Tahoe, Nicole developed a deep appreciation for beauty and creativity, which led her to a successful career as a hairdresser. Over the years, she has owned and operated several thriving salons, becoming a respected figure in the beauty industry.

Kerstin Pelletier is a certified life and health coach, specializing as a Transformational Self-Love Coach. Lynn Rester
After completing her bachelor’s degree, Lynn Watson Rester spent five years co-managing multi-million-dollar retirement communities and lived all over the country. Combining her business and marketing expertise and curiosity of natural health alternatives, she now holds multiple certifications including becoming a National Board Certified health and wellness coach. She became interested in health because of her own challenges with autoimmune conditions.
She now combines her wisdom, education, and experience to help others with similar challenges. Her passion and purpose are to help and guide women and occasionally men in their twenties, thirties, and forties overcome their autoimmune challenges using diet and lifestyle, thus enabling them to get back their energy and stamina and find true happiness and fulfillment as they pursue their dreams.

Karen Swingle
Karen Swingle is a highly sensitive empath, a lifelong griever, and a self-healer. Karen, a native of Queens, New York, graduated from St. John’s University. She has worked in the insurance industry, the retail industry, as a companion for the elderly, and as a compassionate grief coach. Her favorite vocation and title is “Mom”. She currently lives in Virginia with her family.
Her interests include baking, reading, listening to music, and going to concerts, walking on the beach and looking for purple seashells, chasing sunsets, spending quality time with family and friends, and receiving signs from her loved ones in Heaven.
Karen is a proponent of intentional grieving and fostering continuing bonds. She was the founder and leader of The Remembrance Circle at St. Agnes Catholic Church and provided grief support at Haven of Northern Virginia. Karen is also a hospice volunteer. She actively remembers her loved ones by wearing pink fairy hair, handing out inspirational soapstone hearts, organizing fundraisers, and performing random acts of kindness in their names. She is always looking for new ways to honor her loved ones.
Karen believes that everyone deserves some tender loving care in their healing and growth journeys. She provides compassionate emotional support and guidance to those grieving the loss of a loved one. She creates a safe space where clients can freely express their emotions, explore their grief, and find coping skills that suit them. She understands that each loss and relationship is unique and works with her clients to remember and honor their loved ones in ways that highlight that unique relationship.
Dawn Tesoro
Dawn Tesoro is a breakthrough coach whose mission is to help clients break through their limiting beliefs, discover their passion, and live their best lives. Her personal journey with multiple autoimmune disorders and chronic illness has given her the hands-on experience of walking from disease to wellness.
