Aimee Goodwin is a published freelance writer who fell in love with the power of words on a page as a young teenager. With her personal experience of often being transported or moved by a story, she soon developed the dream of becoming a powerful storyteller herself. This combined with her work as a life coach focused on emotional resilience, has inspired her to use her personal and vulnerable writing style to share real-life stories of triumph, with the desire to spread hope and courage to others on a similar path.
Aimee has taken her personal life experiences of chronic sickness, life challenges, and loss and made them the stepping stones for building a wellness center and coaching practice that focuses on treating chronic lyme disease and supporting mental wellness. Her education through the Health Coaching Institute and the Stanford University Clarity Catalyst program has empowered her passion for being a life guide, teacher, and emotional resilience trainer.
When Aimee isn’t coaching, writing, or building her business, you will find her spending time with the true loves of her life, her husband, four sons, and granddaughter. She also enjoys spending down time at the lake or at her hobby farm sitting on the back porch enjoying the solitude of nature and sipping a hot cup of tea.

The philosophy Aimee tries to live by is: If we all strive to leave our part of the world a little bit better than we found it, that is how we rise.
