Carrie Polk

Carrie Polk’s life was split in two by a single, unthinkable moment: an abduction and near-death trauma in her thirties that left her shaken, sick, and questioning everything she knew about herself. The years that followed brought fear, chronic illness, and a painful unraveling of identity—but in that darkness, Carrie discovered the calling that would define her life. What tried to kill her became the force that called her into purpose, leadership, and deep soul-level healing.

Carrie is a 5th-generation farmer, fine artist, Certified Drugless Practitioner (AADP), with additional certifications in Holistic Nutrition, Trauma-Informed Practice, Health and Wellness Coaching (currently sitting for the NBHWC), and specialized training in Nutritional Psychiatry under Dr. Uma Naidoo. As co-owner of Dove’s Landing Farm and founder of Soaring with Nutrition, she blends regenerative agriculture, therapeutic nutrition, and mind-body-spirit practices to help women reverse chronic disease, release limiting beliefs, and rediscover the identity they were created for. She has helped over 400 women transform their health, runs a 200-family CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program for Central Kentucky, and leads her farm’s Gleaners program for widows and foster families. She donates food to single mothers and the elderly, speaks to youth programs like Girl Scouts teaching gratitude and leadership, and was recognized as Agricultural Influencer of 2026 by Central KY Ag Credit. Her Fine Art degree from Asbury University and certification in Clarity Catalyst enrich her creative, intuitive approach, infusing insight and purpose into every aspect of her work.

Carrie’s mission is to guide women out of fear and false identities so their bodies, minds, and spirits can heal. Through her farm, her nutrition practice, and community spaces, she cultivates environments where women feel nourished, grounded, supported, and fully seen. Her life stands as living proof: what was meant to end her became the very calling that raised her spirit—and now she leads others into their own rebirth.

Cheri Fredrickson

Cheri Fredrickson is a leadership development coach, trainer, and integrative well-being practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of emotional resilience, conscious leadership, and embodied wisdom. Her journey into this purpose-driven work came after a challenging and unexpected experience with Lyme disease.

What began as a disruptive health crisis became a powerful teacher. Through years of navigating uncertainty, physical limitations, and the search for answers, Cheri discovered a new relationship with guidance rooted in synchronicity, trust, and a willingness to be led rather than to force the path. This experience reshaped how she lives and helps her support others in leading with clarity, presence, and grounded confidence.

Drawing on her background in organizational leadership, coaching, HeartMath® techniques, mind-body practices, and trauma-informed principles, Cheri helps leaders shift from stress-fueled reactivity to intentional responsiveness. She is the creator of SHIFT: Turning Stress Into Strength, a program that equips business leaders and entrepreneurs with practical tools to regulate emotions, build coherence, and transform stress into a catalyst for growth.

Cheri’s approach integrates science, somatics, and spiritual insight, offering leaders a compassionate and practical pathway for navigating complexity, both personally and professionally. Her work centers on the belief that healing and leadership are inseparable, and that when we learn to listen inwardly, trust what we notice, and follow the guidance available to us, we expand our capacity to lead with authenticity and inner strength.

Originally from the suburbs of New York City, Elana now resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband, Michael, where they share a deep commitment to personal development, mindset work, and continual self-evolution. She became a franchise owner of Kidding Around Yoga, teaching children’s yoga throughout South Florida in schools and camps, helping kids build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience through movement and mindfulness.

When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the in-person teaching landscape, Elana leaned into change once again, founding H4 Property Group LLC, a real estate investment company dedicated to acquiring and revitalizing South Florida properties. Working hands-on with her construction team, Elana personally designs and manages each unit, all guided by H4’s philosophy of turning properties into opportunities and tenants into long-term relationships.

In recent years, Elana’s life purpose has shifted profoundly. Drawing on her background in personal growth and resilience work, Elana made a conscious decision to transform fear and uncertainty into strength through action. Her chapter shares the raw experience of motherhood in the wake of diagnosis helping her and her family turn a life-altering challenge into purpose, ultimately leading to the creation of T1D Allstars, a passion-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children and teens living with Type 1 diabetes through sports, confidence, connection and one of life’s greatest healers – community.

Eren Torres

Eren Torres is a neuroscience student, author, and women’s mental health advocate devoted to helping women remember that they are not broken and simply responding. Born in a small, traditional town in Mexico, she grew up in emotional chaos, shaped by unpredictability and the intensity of a mother living with untreated bipolar disorder. From an early age, Eren learned to read emotional patterns, sense shifts in energy, and develop deep internal awareness—skills that later became tools for healing.

As a lesbian immigrant in the U.S., Eren moved through profound isolation, identity-based rejection, and the quiet loneliness of starting life from zero. Without family support, she found herself drawn to toxic and emotionally unavailable partners, unconsciously repeating familiar dynamics until she began to recognize the pattern. Alongside this, she navigated the darker realities many immigrants understand but rarely name, including fear, instability, invisibility, and the pressure to survive without a safety net.

For years, emotional cycles of anxiety and inner storms came and went without explanation, until she discovered Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). What once felt chaotic revealed itself as a pattern. What felt like weakness became biological information, and a turning point toward self-understanding.

Guided by lived experience, Eren turned toward neuroscience to study trauma, hormones, emotional regulation, and neuroplasticity, while also honoring spirituality, ancestral healing, and the intelligence of the body. Her work bridges science with soul, evidence with intuition, and knowledge with compassion.Eren is the author of Rewired for Peace: Healing PMDD Through Neuroscience and a contributing author in Heal to Lead Wellness: Stories to Rebuild Your Confidence and Resilience, Volume 2. Through her writing and education, Eren offers a grounded truth that healing does not require erasing the past, only understanding it well enough to choose differently.

Heather Campbell

Heather Campbell is a health coach and educator who supports clients with gentle, holistic practices to restore balance to the body. Her practices aim to calm the mind, build self-efficacy, and restore nervous-system safety. Heather’s inner child is still the wild girl up in a tree or out in a field. She grew up skiing and camping in the mountains and deserts of Utah. Nature was her safe place, yet her childhood often wasn’t.

Adverse childhood experiences and enduring trauma left her with physical and mental illnesses concealed until adulthood.

After decades of masking and perfectionism, her body reached a full stop with rheumatoid arthritis and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder diagnoses. This began a healing journey by first restoring a dysregulated nervous system. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, meditation, and a return to her childhood love of nature, she cultivated a deep desire to help others navigate healing.

As an educator, Heather refined the skills she brings to coaching: clear communication, compassionate listening, and building connections. Time in nature reminds her to listen and return to slow, wild rhythms that connect us all.

Her expertise includes supporting clients through autoimmune diagnoses, codependency, deconstruction, and life transitions. Her approach is gentle and practical, including mindful, whole-body, shame-free, and tailored. She helps clients build nervous system regulation with mental-resilience exercises, guided journaling, and mindful practices. Heather lives in Central Oregon. When she isn’t in the classroom or coaching, you’ll find her on skis, with a backpack in the mountains, or paddling out in the surf. She’s a mom, yogi, and believer that time in nature is a profound healer. Heather offers coaching packages and individual sessions at RiverTreeWellness.com.

Robyn Straley

Robyn Straley is a coach, a geographer, a maker of imaginary maps, and the founder of 30kft Coaching. As a geographer, Robyn believes that every map is an invitation to tell a story, and every map begins with paying attention.

From that way of seeing, Robyn developed the practice of Inner Cartography, her unique approach to coaching rooted in pattern, place, and story. The process is not about fixing yourself. It is about noticing what already exists, seeing how it fits together, and learning to trust the compass within. Clarity arrives not as pressure, but as peace. At its center is the belief that stories are how humans orient, not through data but through meaning. Stories are the connective tissue between experience and understanding. Each client discovers their natural storytelling mode, and that becomes their navigational language.

Robyn believes in presence and companionship, in walking together rather than going alone. She places a high value on honoring the sources that shape us. She believes in joy as a compass and in practice as the way we deepen whatever we are called to do. Above all, she believes in holding space where people can be deeply seen, deeply heard, and deeply encouraged.

These beliefs are expressed in the way Robyn coaches: through maps, stories, and the steady work of paying attention. She helps creative types, visual learners, and neurodiverse thinkers map the landscapes of their inner worlds and discover paths that lead them home to themselves. Her clients include weary travelers who need boundaries, compass seekers clarifying their values, fogbound explorers looking for waypoints, and edge-dwellers standing at the precipice. Each of them finds clarity not by being told what to do, but by becoming their own mapmaker.
