With fifteen years of nursing experience, including youth-centered care and program development, she now empowers caregivers to regulate, repair, and reclaim themselves so their families can thrive.
Kourtney leads retreats, speaks, and writes books for caregivers and teens reclaiming their identity after dysfunction. Her work blends compassion, creativity, and grounded emotional wisdom. Kourtney lives in Tennessee with her husband and three daughters, where she continues the daily practice of becoming whole.
