Lucianna Genova is a Paramedic Firefighter with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where she serves in emergency response and patient care. In addition to her operational role, she is actively involved in supporting the mental health and resilience of first responders both nationally and internationally.
Lucianna serves on the advisory board of One Brother One Sister, a national nonprofit organization supporting military, fire, and law enforcement personnel. Through her work with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and peer support programs, she has been deployed to critical incidents and disasters, including international efforts in Warsaw, Poland, and responses such as the Surfside tragedy. She has led multiple critical incident stress debriefings for first responders through IAFF deployments, supporting individuals in processing high-stress events and returning to duty.
Through her writing, Lucianna explores the intersection of neuroscience, emotional patterns, and transformation, particularly the unconscious cycles that keep individuals stuck. Drawing from both professional experience and personal insight, she is passionate about helping women break destructive patterns, reconnect with their worth, and step into a more conscious and empowered version of themselves.
